Louise Aitken
Partner, Sustainability, Climate & Nature | Consulting
Deloitte

Louise Aitken is a Partner leading Deloitte’s Sustainability, Climate & Nature team in our Consulting Practice. She has over 20 years’ experience leading people and organisations, global partnerships and major programmes, including government investments and delivering to the aspirations and objectives of communities, corporate and public partners. Following 12 years with Fonterra, Louise then joined the Ākina Foundation, spending 4 years as CEO, supporting government, business and communities to contribute to an economy where people and the planet thrive. Joining Deloitte in 2023, Louise is focused on supporting organisations advance our collective ambition of an inclusive, sustainable world.​ Louise specialises in accelerating climate innovation and action towards net-zero and nature-positive goals, challenging big business and government to think and act boldly to contribute to an inclusive, sustainable world.


Jane Fraser-Jones
Partner, Deloitte Primary Sector Lead

Deloitte

Jane leads Deloitte’s national Primary Sector team and is a member of Deloitte New Zealand’s Board.

Her focus is on the strategies, policies, analysis and decision-making environment affecting primary sector businesses and regulators. She works closely with public sector entities and peak bodies on investment and value-for-money decision-making and strategies, brand and reputation management, and issues regarding policy and regulatory settings. She joined Deloitte from the Office of the Prime Minister, where she was Rt Hon John Key’s Senior Advisor.

Jane grew up on Waikato dairy farm. Her grandfather, Syd, was a member of Fielday’s executive board for 40 years, and founded the Tractor Pull competition.
