Event Information

Please join us for industry updates on challenges in the internationals markets, followed by a networking session, to be held in Timaru.

Update speakers and topics include -

  • Andy Macfarlane, Fonterra Director: Andy will speak on current challenges in the global market place which are impacting short term and longer term dairy demand and pricing, give a strategy and capital structure update, and provide comments on the NZ and global supply outlook.
  • Jamie Saker, Livestock Regional Manager, Alliance Group: Jamie will outline the challenges the red meat sector are facing at plant and shareholder level. He will cover shipping constraints, the impact of Covid impact and the Ukraine war, and how they may play out for the coming season.

Tea and Coffee will be provided, followed by a drink during the networking session.
