The Canterbury Branch, in conjunction with Lincoln University, would like to invite you to attend its annual student field day.
The focus of the field day is:
- Panel discussion on effective governance and management structures with off farm owners, panel members - Frazer Weir (Secretary), Mark Tavendale (Director) and Tony Plunkett (General Manager)
- Coleridge Downs Cadetship - course outcomes and goals moving forward.
- Interactive discussion regarding irrigation system installation and potential this can add to the whole farm system at Coleridge Downs
- There will be an opportunity for rural professionals and Lincoln students to interact and learn from each other. Students will have the opportunity to engage with rural professionals and explore such questions of "with the wisdom of hindsight and experience, what advice would they give in making the transition from student life to embarking on and growing a successful career as a rural professional".
The field day will be held at Big Ben Station, 1773 Coleridge Road (15 minutes west of Terrace Downs).
