Join us to hear relevant research and on farm results on maximising home grown feed within the farm boundary and its impact on profitability in livestock systems.

Presentations will include:

  • Scott Ridsdale - welcome
  • Rob Brazendale, DairyNZ - Why is maximising feed grown and harvested in livestock systems so critical?
  • Danny Donaghy, Massey University - How to grow and harvest as much pasture as possible.
  • Peter Kemp and Lydia Cranston, Massey University - Forage Crops - what forage crops are providing increased profits in animal systems? How do they need to be managed?
