Leadership Development Forum 2018 applications now open

With funding support from AGMARDT, NZIPIM is holding a Leadership Development Forum in Wellington on Tuesday 6 th November.

The objective of the Leadership Development Forum is to develop the leadership skills of talented and motivated rural professionals that reside within our membership so take on leadership and governance roles within NZIPIM's branches and other entities associated with the primary industry.

The leadership development forum is run by Peter Blyde of Catalyst 4 and is built of the following platforms:

  1. Vision and strategy
  2. Creating change on key issues
  3. Developing personal leadership capability
  4. Building influential networks
