Please join us for a presentation by Amos Palfreyman from Food HQ as he discusses changing trends within alternative meat and protein markets, as well as exploring the associated risks and opportunities for New Zealand's animal protein sectors. We would like to encourage an open discussion on the topic and consider how New Zealand's agri-food products should be positioned in the future in response to the challenges presented by alternative proteins.
By way of background Amos previously spent 5 years with the Israeli Trade Commission with a role encouraging technology business development opportunities between Israel and New Zealand. In this role he facilitated New Zealand trade visits to Israel, culminating in several successful technology joint ventures in the agriculture, medical and energy sectors. Amos has been with Food HQ for the past 3 years, and currently works with Sprout Agritech.
