  • Are you seeking opportunities to develop your governance skills?
  • Is succession top of mind for your farming clients?
  • Would you like to learn more about having courageous discussions with your clients on governance and succession?

If your answer is 'Yes' to any of these questions, then the newly developed two day Governance and Succession Training Programme could be the course for you.

More and more rural professionals are being asked to help navigate their clients through what might otherwise become complicated transitional arrangements for the family farm. The Governance and Succession Training Programme will upskill and reshape your awareness and knowledge of on-farm governance, and improve your facilitation skills in the fast expanding field of succession planning.

The programme will be delivered by leading industry practitioners in the fields of governance and succession planning, including; Peter Allen (Business Torque), Matthew Pickering (Coach Approach) and Chris Lewis (BakerAg)

The programme registration fee is $600 (plus GST) and includes dinner with other course participants on 21 September. Participants are required to organise their own travel to the venue and accommodation.
