  • CPD points: 3.00

Willesden Farm is a large scale property farmed and operated by forward thinking individuals. Much of this is due to the farming operation being located in a sensitive lake zone catchment. Along with this there has been significant investment in irrigation infrastructure in recent years.

There are many aspects to this business, but a key focus for the afternoon will be extending upon a previous NZIPIM session around "Future Farming", including

  • The environmental management aspect in a sensitive zone catchment
  • Challenging the potential opportunities in this large scale business, best utilising resources to maximise profitability

The farm management team are keen to ensure that the afternoon involves active discussion on the strategic direction of this business and optimising its resources.
