IMPOSSIBLE SUCCESSION ... it will be if your clients are not match fit!
Succession can be a well-planned exciting and rewarding experience OR a difficult and perhaps bitter experience the outcome largely dependent on how prepared the participants are. This workshop will explore how our clients can get to the "starting line" with good preparation, and be "match fit" for the process. We will answer four questions to define the readiness to start and then use the findings to advise on two example situations.
Facilitated by Martin Boyle and Gary Massicks of BakerAg, this event provides an opportunity for members to share ideas and explore ways to assist your farming clients to prepare for the succession process.
