The NZIPIM Canterbury Branch, in conjunction with Lincoln University, invite you to attend its annual student field day. The topic of the field day is: The Benefits of Irrigation on an Intensive Finishing/Mixed Cropping Farm.

The focus of the day is looking at what was said two years ago about the proposed changes to Tim Cookson's property as it transitioned to irrigation, what has actually happened, what has been learnt and where to now for CPWL water for the farm.

The field day will be held at Tim & Lucy Cookson's farm, Pinewoods, Leaches Road, Hororata. The entrance will be signposted on the roadside approximately 1.6 km from the timber mill.
