The purpose of the Act
What constitutes financial advice under the Act
Who can provide financial advice on recommending and providing an opinion about acquiring, holding or disposing of financial products
Understanding the difference between making a recommendation and giving an opinion.
Update on what has been occurring where legal cases have been heard
