We aren't out of the woods yet, with dairy farm cash flows looking tight for the next 12 - 18 months.

Please join us as Brent Goldsack (PwC) and Matthew Newman (DairyNZ Economist) provide their insights of dairy farm finances and future forecast cash flows within the dairy industry.

We will also be hearing from two farmers (one operating under a high input system, and the other a low input system) as they discuss strategies they have used over the last couple of years to manage the financial squeeze under a low dairy payout.

There will also be a workshop which will delve into a set of farm accounts to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies. This is designed to better equip rural professionals in adding extra value and support to their farming clients.

Dave Miller (Ag First Consultant) will then share his experiences in advising and having the tough discussions with clients facing difficult financial situations.
